The beautiful house to be rented can be found in Fieberbunn (Saalbach), which is the largest village in the picturesque Pillerseetal and in close distance to the skiing resort Fieberbunn / Saalbach / Leogang (Skizirkus). It is located right next to a mountain stream and a hiking trail in a very peaceful environment.
The spacious accommodation has a capacity for up to 6 persons and is approximately 100m² large. The facility possesses 3 sleeping rooms, a large kitchen, a generous living room with a dining table and a tile stove, a bathroom (including a bath-tub), a separate shower and toilet, as well as a garage.

Guests have a superb view on the surrounding Tyrolean mountains from the cozy and beautifully furnished holiday home.

A spacious living room equipped with a tile stove, modern stereo equqipment, a large (HD) TV and a dining table, a well equipped kitchen with a seperate table, a bathroom including a bathtub, a warderobe and a shoe rack for ski boots.

The attached ski area Fieberbrunn – Leogang – Saalbach – Hinterglemm has numerous advantages, such as being the biggest ski area in Austria, a variety of apres-ski activities, perfectly groomed slopes, nearly no waiting at the lifts and nummerous offers at family-friendly rates. 270-kilometre slopes are waiting to be discovered by your skis or snowboard. Come and visit the picturesque Tyrolean Alps with ist gorgeous landscapes! The valley station is only 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by the local ski-shuttle away.

Restaurants, such as Gasthof Winkelmoos or San Marco are, just like the town center Fieberbrunn, in walking distance away from the chalet of description.

St. Johann i. Tirol / Oberndorf

St. Johann in Tirol is a market town in Tyrol, Austria, in the Kitzbühel district, in which a variety of stores, cafés and restaurants can be found. It is approximately 7km away from the holiday home. The ski region has around 43-kilometre slopes.

Kitzbühel

The famous ‚Gamsstadt’ is roughly 20 kilometres away from the chalet and is the home of some of the most famous skiing slopes in the world, such as the Hahnenkamm and the Streif. With 180-kilometres slopes in total, ski and snowboard fans will be in for a treat. Accessible via train from Fieberbrunn, a variety of exclusive shops, restaurants and hotels can be found in Kitzbühel.

Region Hohe Salve / Wilder Kaiser

An attractive Skiing and hiking region with beautiful villages such as Going am Wilden Kaiser, Elmau, Scheffau, Hopfgarten, Söll and others. Located approximately 25km away from Fieberbrunn and equipped with slopes of more than 280km in length, it is definitly worth a visit.
